Shipping & Handling
After your order has been processed, it will be delivered via UPS (United Parcel Service). Orders placed prior to 9am PST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the next day; otherwise, it will be processed the following day. Weekend and holiday orders will be shipped the following business day. Our normal business days are Monday through Friday.
For example, if you place your online order at 10am PST on Monday and select Next Day air, it is considered as a Tuesday order and will be shipped on Wednesday, arriving on Thursday.*
Ground UPS: 8 - 12 business days
3 Day UPS: 3 - 6 business days
Next Day UPS: 2 - 3 business days
* Note: Delivery date is subject to state-to-state and/or determined by method of delivery requested.
Order Tracking
When you place an order at extendedlengths.com, a confirmation number will be issued to you. An e-mail message will also be sent to you in regard to your order status. Please include this number on all of your correspondence to us so that we can better serve you. You can also log into your account with your email address and password and check the status of your order online.
Back Orders & Out of Stock
If your requested items are back ordered or out of stock, we will ship what is available and you will only be charged for what is shipped.
International Orders: In most cases when choosing USPS as your shipping company orders usually take 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on your country's customs department.

Please note that products pictures on our website DO NOT always represent what we have in stock. Because manufacturers are constantly updating the look of their bottle design, we may carry the newer packaging of a product while our website may still show the old bottle design. Further more, we may carry the previous packaging of a product when a manufacture may currently have a new look to its product that we choose to represent on our website.
Because we carry thousands of products on our website, in some cases there may be typographical errors. We do have the right to cancel your order if there is a typographical error on a product you ordered.
Any discrepancy (including damages) in your order must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery by shipping carrier.
We do not guaranty availability of the product if it has been discontinued, sold out, or not available from our suppliers. If product you choose will not be obtainable all of your money will be refunded promptly.
Return, Cancel & Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee . Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds on any item(s) that has been used or don't have its original packaging. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Any electrial appliance that has been opened/used, and the seal of the electrical cord has been untied - return will not be honored and there will be no refund issued.
We will refund your money to the credit card you used to purchase your item. Within 30 days of receiving and processing your return, we will issue a refund. Depending on your billing cycle, the refund will reflect on your statement within 2 billing statements.
Due to Health Code Regulations, we can NOT accept returns on the following products: hair brushes, nail polish, make-up / cosmetics, hair extensions or hair pieces.
If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. We prefer return requests be handled ONLY through email to expedite your return.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
We provide no refunds for unauthorized items returned to us. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns and returned items that do not meet our guidelines become the property of extendedlengths.com and will be disposed of.

You may send the box back to us via any conventional carrier method (US Postal Office, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and etc.).

Refused Delivery: If a order is placed and upon delivery the package is refused, NO Refund will be issued unless previous authorization is given.
Notes: The Return & Exchanges policy above only applies to the orders shipped to United States. All international orders (including Canada) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
